Spencer graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Aerospace certificate. He is an accomplished drilling supervisor and drilling engineer throughout multiple basins. Recently, Spencer has led a variety of revolutionary software platforms designed to reduce workflows in the O&G sector.

Kyle graduate from Kansas State University with a Bachelors and Masters in Chemical Engineering and from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi with Masters in Business Administration. He spent over 10 years in upstream oil and gas designing well completions for basins all over the world. Since obtaining his MBA Kyle has been leading projects for advanced analytics and process enhancement within multiple industries.

Jennifer graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. She continued her education in Structural Engineering at Virginia Tech. She has 10 years of extensive experience with the design and management of complex structural projects. Recently, she was the lead designer and Project Manager for the Houston Ship Channel Bridge, North Approach, a major capital project.
